Morrow Legal Services offers assistance in Title IX cases or other cases involving sexual harassment, particularly in an educational environment. Whether you are the Complainant or the Respondent, you will receive unbiased representation and advice from an experienced attorney who served as Title IX/ADA/Section 504 Coordinator at a private educational institution.
I can also assist in developing an estate plan that is right for your family and circumstances. I also handle some types of probate matters, and provide alternative dispute resolution services such as mediation, collaborative law cases, and other types of legal issues.

Wanda Turpin Morrow has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2013. She earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and is licensed by the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Her law practice focuses primarily on education law in the Title IX area (sexual harassment and gender discrimination) as well as estate planning, probate, and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and collaborative law.
She worked as a Title IX Coordinator at a private educational institution and has received extensive training for Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, and Decision-makers involved in the Title IX process or in other allegations of sexual harassment or misconduct. She is also a Certified Mediator.
